Onshore Services

Flexibility

Agents are our employees that work from home, and we’re able to easily increase and decrease staffing which allows for easier management of peaks, valleys, and seasonality. This also results in less overhead, which provides cost savings.

Offshore Services

Locations

Agents work in physical sites located in Makati/Manila and Dumaguete, two geographically diverse centers 1500 km apart. This provides a skilled, yet low-cost labor pool.

Flexibility

Agents are not contractors and we have the ability to do voluntary increasing/decreasing of staff intraday, which provides easier management of peaks and valleys.
